Many efficient production models
The Women's Union of Thuong Trach commune currently has 614 members. Living in a mountainous area with barren land and steep terrain, life is still difficult. Cadres, members and women of all walks of life in Thuong Trach commune constantly learn, improve their awareness, practice the moral qualities of "confidence, self-respect, honesty, and responsibility"; always strive, create, and concretize into many skillful mass mobilization models, such as: Supporting livestock livelihoods, "5 no, 3 clean", "Supporting women members in difficult circumstances"...
In order to promote local economic development and increase family income, members and women of the commune have actively worked; maintaining the traditional upland rice growing area in areas with fertile land, growing high-yield cassava in areas with poor land, and intercropping forestry trees to increase forest cover and increase future income. In addition, women have boldly borrowed capital to develop livestock and crop production.
A typical example is the pig farming model of Ms. Y Tui's family in Khe Rung village. Ms. Y Tui said: "In 2021, my family received support from the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction with 3 breeding pigs. From those pigs, my family built a barn, increasing the herd to 41. In addition, my family also raises chickens and ducks. Thanks to that, the family's income is increasingly stable, improving life."

In addition, taking advantage of their free time, women also go into the forest to find bamboo shoots and dry bamboo shoots to sell to increase their income.
Chairman of the Women's Union of Thuong Trach Commune, Y Buot, shared: “With the spirit of solidarity, sharing and mutual support, in recent times, the movement "Women help each other develop household economy" has been effectively implemented by cadres, members and women in the commune.
