The Provincial Traffic Police Department has just started receiving video clips and images provided by organizations and individuals about acts that show signs of violating traffic order and safety (TTATGT). Information is collected through many channels and processed continuously 24/24 hours, in order to serve the verification and strict handling of violations, contributing to ensuring safety on local traffic routes.

According to the representative of the Traffic Police Department, people can send their feedback directly to the agency's headquarters, address 3651, Hung Vuong Street, Van Phu Ward, Phu Tho Province; via email phongcsgtphutho@gmail.com or information via hotline and Zalo account. The receiving phone numbers include 0835.265.265 and 02103.956.700; the hotline of the Department Head is 0702.001.919; Traffic Police Department Zalo and Department Head Zalo are respectively at numbers 0835.265.265 and 0702.001.919.

To serve the verification work, the Traffic Police Department requests that the images and videos provided must clearly show the license plate number, time, location of the violation and specific behavior, such as overloading the vehicle, extending the vehicle's trunk, not obeying traffic light signals, driving in the wrong part of the road or lane, stopping and parking in the wrong place, not wearing a helmet when riding a motorbike, etc.

The unit said that the information is received 24/7 and is kept confidential according to regulations. After receiving it, the authorities will verify and strictly handle violations of traffic safety laws.
