At the meeting, the leaders of the Ward People's Committee assessed the implementation of flood and storm prevention and control work in the area; drew lessons learned in the process of implementing natural disaster prevention and control work, overcoming the consequences of recent floods. The Ward People's Committee also guided the residential groups to review and make a list of households eligible for support to overcome the consequences of floods according to the prescribed criteria. The residential groups supplemented and immediately built preliminary maps and plans of terrain and residents in dangerous areas that need to be evacuated in the area when storms occur to proactively respond, ensuring the safety of people and property for the people.
In response to storm No. 15, the leaders of the Ward People's Committee directed agencies, units, organizations and residential groups to proactively update the storm's developments to prepare response plans, prepare forces and means, ensure the safety of people's property according to the "4 on-site" motto; strengthen propaganda work so that people can grasp the storm's developments, raise vigilance, and proactively protect the lives and property of their families when the storm makes landfall in the area.

| Receive rice to distribute to people. |
Up to now, Ba Ngoi ward has received 27,450 kg of rice from the national reserve to support people affected by floods. This amount of rice has been transported to residential groups. It is expected that on November 27, residential groups will distribute rice to 4,118 households in 7 residential groups, including: Tan Hiep, Giai Phong, Suoi Mon, Thong Nhat, Hoa Binh , Hoa An and Tra Son.
