Implementing the direction of Cam Duong Ward People's Committee, on November 25, 2025, Cam Duong Ward Urban Order Management Team coordinated with relevant forces to organize a campaign to handle violations in the urban field in the ward.

Illegally installed billboards and umbrellas on sidewalks were removed by authorities.

On the same day, the forces urgently coordinated to inspect, dismantle, and confiscate many illegal advertising signs, sun umbrellas, and items encroaching on corridors and sidewalks; at the same time, reminded households to strictly comply with regulations on urban order.

Not only for Chau Uy street, the Cam Duong Ward Urban Order Management Team and other forces also regularly check and remind cases of encroachment on corridors and roads in the area, especially areas along Tran Phu, Ngo Minh Loan, Hoang Quoc Viet streets, around Pom Han market, B6 temporary market, gate of Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital No. 2...

In November, the Cam Duong Ward Urban Order Management Team organized 83 trips to inspect, remind, and propagate self-compliance for 601 cases of street vendors and vendors encroaching on corridors and roadsides, causing traffic insecurity and affecting urban aesthetics. The mobilization to restore urban order in Cam Duong ward was agreed upon by the residential groups and the people.

According to the reporter's records, although recently the People's Committee of Cam Duong ward has been determined to restore urban order and the work of handling violations of urban order has been carried out regularly, it still faces many difficulties.

That is: the situation of re-encroachment after handling still occurs; some business households have not voluntarily complied, there is still a situation of displaying goods on sidewalks and roads; the awareness of law compliance of a part of the people is still limited and not sustainable.

Along with that, human resources and equipment for management work are still lacking, affecting the effectiveness of task performance.

In the coming time, Cam Duong ward will continue to direct the promotion of propaganda, dissemination and legal education to raise people's awareness in strictly complying with legal regulations on construction and urban management activities.

The Ward People's Committee directed relevant forces to regularly maintain and resolutely handle violations of urban order in the area so that people can form awareness and habits, thereby bringing urban order into order.
