On the afternoon of January 21st, Cam Ly Ward, Da Lat City, held a conference to summarize socio- economic , national defense, and security achievements for 2025 and to implement tasks for 2026. Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, representatives from various departments and agencies, and ward officials.

In 2025, Cam Ly ward in Da Lat focused on effectively implementing tasks and solutions for socio-economic development, achieving many positive results. The ward People's Committee organized and assigned clear responsibilities to its subordinate specialized departments.

The ward People's Committee's operations have become more organized, and the management of officials and civil servants has been carried out promptly. Administrative reform has been accelerated, with a high rate of timely and early processing of applications. The quality of service to the people has improved, strengthening public trust.

Cultural performances to welcome the Conference

The fields of science and technology , digital transformation, and information and communication have seen many innovations, initially forming the foundation for a digital government and a digital society. The People's Committee of the ward always pays close attention to and directs the work of receiving citizens and resolving complaints, denunciations, petitions, and feedback, considering this one of the important tasks of the locality.

The local economy continues to grow, and investment attraction activities in Cam Ly ward, Da Lat, are showing many positive signs, focusing on high-tech agriculture, ecotourism, and high-tech applied agriculture.

Commercial activities were maintained, meeting the people's consumption needs, and agricultural production remained stable, ensuring the plan was met.

In 2025, budget revenue in the ward reached 47.24 billion VND, achieving 114% of the plan. The ward has no poor or near-poor households according to the new criteria. 100% of schools in the ward meet national standards.

Mr. Nguyen Thua Doan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cam Ly Ward, Da Lat, delivered the opening speech at the conference.

Building on the achievements already made, in 2026 Cam Ly ward - Da Lat will take decisive action, focusing leadership on key areas and priorities, and flexibly implementing tasks to develop socio-economic development and maintain national security and defense.

Specifically, Cam Ly ward in Da Lat strives to achieve and surpass the assigned revenue target of 176.096 billion VND, with a growth rate of 11.89% in the total value of products in the ward; and to resolve administrative procedures on time in all fields at 97%. The percentage of people satisfied with the services of state administrative agencies in each field is expected to reach 95% or higher.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the People's Committee of Cam Ly Ward, Da Lat City, in implementing socio-economic development tasks over the past year.

Regarding future tasks, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the ward to focus on overcoming existing shortcomings, building on achievements, and striving to achieve the highest possible results in fulfilling the set socio-economic development targets.

Representatives from Lam Son Secondary School presented their papers at the conference.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also emphasized that 2026 is of special importance, a year that requires all levels of government to act decisively, disciplined, and effectively in order to achieve socio-economic development targets, maintain social stability, and continuously improve the quality of life for the people.

Based on the tasks outlined in the report, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat to focus on implementing six key tasks. First and foremost, to decisively implement the main targets for 2026, with a focus on achieving and exceeding the budget revenue target, promoting product value growth, and disbursing public investment capital at 100% of the plan; while maintaining targets related to culture, social affairs, and insurance.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the ward to develop a specific action plan for each quarter and each month, clearly assigning responsibilities to each official and department.

Certificates of commendation were awarded to collectives that achieved outstanding results in fulfilling their tasks in 2025.

Regarding public investment and infrastructure, Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Phuc emphasized the need to focus on removing bottlenecks related to land clearance and investment procedures; prioritizing projects that directly serve people's lives, transportation, flood control, landslide prevention, and urban beautification. Public investment must truly become a driving force for growth, avoiding scattered investments and preventing the accumulation of construction debt.

Regarding the management of construction order, urban order, and the environment, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the ward to carry out these tasks regularly and continuously, not as a temporary campaign; focusing on addressing existing issues such as encroachment on sidewalks and roads, spontaneous markets, environmental sanitation, and drainage systems.

Certificates of commendation were awarded to individuals who achieved outstanding results in performing their duties in 2025.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also noted that Cam Ly ward in Da Lat should accelerate digital transformation and implement Project 06, focusing on the people, promoting the effectiveness of the "Digital Literacy Movement," increasing the rate of online public services, continuing to encourage the activation of VNeID level 2, and cleaning up data to serve management work.

In addition, the ward needs to pay attention to the cultural and social fields, ensuring that no one is left behind; while maintaining national defense and security, proactively monitoring the situation, preventing crime, and building a strong grassroots force.
