Dinh Cong Ward: Synchronously deploying solutions to promote economic development

HNP - On December 8, the People's Council of Dinh Cong ward held its fourth session to consider many important contents under its authority.

At the meeting, the People's Council of Dinh Cong ward focused on studying, reviewing, discussing 22 reports and passing 6 resolutions under the authority of the People's Council of the ward.

With high consensus, the People's Council of Dinh Cong ward passed important resolutions on: Implementation of socio -economic development, security and defense tasks in 2025; socio-economic development plan, security and defense in 2026; budget estimates and allocation of the ward budget in 2026; public investment plan in 2026 and update of the ward's public investment plan in 2025; assignment of administrative and public career staffing targets in the ward in 2026...

The meeting also approved the Ward People's Committee's Report on the plan to resolve voters' opinions and recommendations before the fourth session of the Ward People's Council.

In 2025, Dinh Cong ward focused on directing and synchronously and comprehensively implementing key, regular tasks and strategic development tasks and achieved comprehensive results in all fields.

Notably, the ward is expected to complete and exceed 11/11 planned targets (6 targets exceeded and 5 targets completed). The total state budget revenue in the ward in 2025 will reach 32,598 billion VND, equal to 100% of the estimate. Social security policies are implemented promptly and to the right subjects; the cultural and social fields receive investment attention, the ward renovates and restores a number of relics in the area.

Urban management and construction investment continued to have many positive changes. Urban infrastructure was well maintained; the system of trees, flower gardens, and lighting was completed according to decentralization. Administrative reform and digital transformation were promoted, the rate of online records reached 79.2%; 92.4% of records were resolved on time and before the deadline. The ward established 37 community digital transformation teams; launched the "Cashless Digital Market" model at Dai Tu market...

Speaking at the closing session, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Dinh Cong Ward Nguyen Quang Trung emphasized that the resolutions passed by the People's Council of the ward are the important legal basis for the People's Committee of the ward to be proactive in implementing well the tasks of socio-economic development and ensuring social security of the ward in 2026.

The Ward People's Council requests the Ward People's Committee, departments, offices and units, according to their assigned functions, tasks and powers, to proactively organize and implement, ensuring that the resolutions come into life and achieve practical results. In particular, all levels, branches and units need to proactively develop and perfect solutions to successfully implement the proposed socio-economic development tasks; actively and proactively work with the City's departments, offices and branches to remove difficulties, effectively implement important and urgent tasks; synchronously deploy tasks and solutions to promote economic development, implement financial and budgetary tasks...
