The Binh Ngo 2026 Spring Flower Market is expected to be inaugurated by Gia Vien Ward on February 2nd, 2026, and will last for 15 days, from February 2nd to February 16th, 2026 (i.e., from the 15th to the 29th day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Snake).
Organizing the spring flower market is a traditional activity that the former Ngo Quyen district, now Ngo Quyen and Gia Vien wards, has maintained and implemented every Tet holiday.

The People's Committee of Gia Vien Ward has established the Organizing Committee for the Binh Ngo 2026 Spring Flower Market, assigning specific tasks to specialized departments and relevant units and agencies.
Organizations and individuals registering to sell goods at the market must strictly adhere to the approved contents and layout plans of the stalls to ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention, and urban environmental hygiene.
