On the morning of December 2, Giang Vo ward organized a communication point to launch a response to the National Action Month on Population, commemorating Vietnam Population Day on December 26; National Action Month on HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control in 2025 in the ward.

In 2025, Giang Vo ward continues to implement new solutions to address the increasingly obvious population challenges. With the theme "Investing in population work is investing in sustainable development", this year's National Population Action Month in Giang Vo ward focuses on managing population size, improving population quality and responding to long-term population changes. This investment includes activities such as communication, health policy, education and resource allocation to ensure a healthy, educated population that actively contributes to socio-economic development.

In the National Action Month on HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control in 2025 with the theme "Unity is strength - joining hands to end the AIDS epidemic", Giang Vo Ward continues to focus on eliminating stigma, discrimination and raising public awareness about HIV. The Ward will strengthen propaganda campaigns, provide accurate information about HIV, preventive measures, especially encourage the community to participate in voluntary HIV testing, for timely detection and treatment.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of Giang Vo Ward People's Committee Le Thi Thu Ha said that this year's National Action Month on Population and National Action Month on HIV/AIDS Prevention, in addition to propaganda activities, Giang Vo Ward focuses on providing free medical services to groups in need such as reproductive health examination, family planning consultation, maternal and child health care. At the same time, it strengthens sex education and reproductive health for adolescents, equips them with knowledge about safe contraceptive methods and prevention of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS.
