Hoang Liet Ward started construction of the road adjacent to the North-South railway and Linh Dam lake.

HNP - On the morning of December 9, Hoang Liet ward held the groundbreaking ceremony for the project "Construction of a road adjacent to the North-South railway and Linh Dam lake, the section connecting Nguyen Huu Tho street with Hoang Liet street".

Delegates performed the project groundbreaking ceremony.

The project of the route adjacent to the North-South railway and Linh Dam lake, the section connecting Nguyen Huu Tho street with Hoang Liet street is a route according to the H2-3 subdivision planning, about 470m long, cross-section of 17m.

The route is invested synchronously, in accordance with the planning, including full traffic items and technical infrastructure, ensuring smooth connection between Nguyen Huu Tho street and Hoang Liet street, while effectively exploiting the traffic space in the area adjacent to the North - South railway and Linh Dam lake. When completed, the project is expected to contribute to improving people's travel conditions, reducing local traffic pressure, and creating more momentum for socio -economic development in the ward.

The project is invested by Hoang Liet Ward People's Committee; expected to be completed on October 4, 2026.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Hoang Liet Ward People's Committee Ta Viet Dung said that this is the first project in the area to start construction when the two-level government model comes into operation and is one of the important traffic projects to complete technical infrastructure, strengthen connectivity and improve travel conditions for people in the area.

After being completed and put into use, the route will create a direct connection between Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Hoang Liet Street and residential areas around Linh Dam Lake, reducing traffic pressure on Ring Road 3 and Giai Phong.

In order for the project to be implemented with quality assurance, labor safety, on schedule and put into use soon, the People's Committee of Hoang Liet Ward requires the Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board, construction contractors, supervision consultants to strictly perform assigned functions and tasks; focus on human resources, machinery, equipment, organize scientific construction, in accordance with approved design documents; absolutely comply with regulations on construction quality, labor safety, traffic safety, environmental sanitation.

The People's Committee of the ward will continue to direct specialized departments and agencies to closely coordinate with the construction unit and relevant agencies to create favorable conditions regarding finance, construction site, and technical infrastructure; promptly support and resolve difficulties so that the project is implemented on schedule, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental hygiene.
