Hong Bang District: Hoang Van Thu Ward deploys a model to assess the satisfaction level of organizations and individuals with the quality of public administrative services.
(Haiphong.gov.vn) - In order to promote the improvement of the quality of state administrative reform, on the afternoon of March 14, Hoang Van Thu Ward, Hong Bang District organized a conference to deploy the model "Assessing the satisfaction level of organizations and individuals with the quality of public administrative services by scanning QR codes on Zalo application". Attending the conference was comrade Le Thi Van, Permanent Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee.

The model is deployed to collect opinions and assessments from people and organizations to measure the satisfaction of people and organizations with the service of state administrative agencies in the ward according to the one-stop, one-stop mechanism (SIPAS index). Create conditions for people and organizations to promote their supervisory role and participate in administrative reform and government building at all levels. Grasp the requirements and wishes of people and organizations to have solutions to improve the quality of public administrative service provision and enhance the sense of responsibility and attitude of serving people and organizations of the ward's cadres and civil servants in receiving, handling and returning results of administrative procedure settlement...
The subjects for evaluation are people and organizations participating in using public administrative services and administrative procedures and receiving results of administrative procedure settlement under the one-stop and one-stop mechanism at the ward.

At the Conference, the ward's Unions; Party cell secretaries, heads and deputy heads of residential groups, heads of the front work committees and residents were informed and guided by the ward on the steps to collect opinions and assess the satisfaction of individuals and organizations when they come to transact at the ward. Accordingly, after receiving the results of administrative procedures at the ward, people and organizations scan the QR code on the Zalo application to assess the quality of satisfaction with the quality of public administrative services of the ward.

Comrade Le Thi Van, Permanent Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, highly appreciated the model of "Assessing the satisfaction level of organizations and individuals with the quality of public administrative services by scanning QR codes on Zalo application". This is the first ward in the district to pioneer the model to survey and measure the satisfaction of organizations and people in handling administrative procedures under the one-stop, one-stop mechanism; the model has many advantages, in line with the development trend of information technology, thereby making it easy and comfortable for organizations and people to participate in contributing ideas to public administrative service agencies. The model also helps superior leaders grasp the situation of cadres in performing assigned tasks, on that basis, promptly remind and adjust substandard behaviors of civil servants, and at the same time reward individuals who do a good job of receiving and handling administrative procedures.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee said that this is a good model that the district will apply to wards to grasp the legitimate needs and desires of organizations and people to have measures to improve the quality of public administrative service provision, promote administrative reform, and gradually improve the satisfaction of people and organizations when carrying out administrative procedures in the district.
