On July 20, leaders of Hung Dao Ward Party Committee visited and encouraged the family of Mr. Hoang Duc Q. Mr. Q. unfortunately died in the capsized tourist boat Vinh Xanh 58 in Ha Long Bay.

Mr. Q. was born in 1988, residing in Dong Lam 2 residential group, Hung Dao ward.

Mr. Hoang Duc Q. is currently the director of a company in the ward. The accident caused great pain to his family when Mr. Q. passed away, leaving behind his wife and two young children, the eldest 7 years old, the youngest 5 years old.

At the victim's family, the leaders of Hung Dao ward kindly visited, expressed their condolences, and encouraged Q's family members to quickly overcome the loss and stabilize their lives. At the same time, they directed the affiliated units and organizations of the ward to continue to encourage and support the victim's family. The ward police, residential groups, schools, and socio-political organizations in Hung Dao ward promptly visited and shared the great loss with the victim's family.
