Although there are no more poor households, the ward always considers creating sustainable jobs for people as an important solution to increase income and prevent the risk of falling back into poverty. At the same time, the ward coordinates with the Employment Service Center to organize career counseling sessions and introduce jobs to young people, older workers, and unemployed workers. Many local businesses also actively participate in recruiting workers from the ward.

A typical case is Ms. Luu Thi Huong, a freelance worker whose income has decreased after the pandemic. She attended a cooking training course organized by the ward. After the course, she was introduced to work at a restaurant in the area, from which she has a stable income and can be independent in life. Although she is not a poor household, the opportunity to learn a trade has helped her significantly improve her income and quality of life.

In addition, the ward encourages people to take advantage of small premises to develop family economy such as opening grocery stores, providing food services, doing online business, etc.; at the same time, supporting preferential loan procedures from the Social Policy Bank for households wishing to expand their business.
