In order to promptly resolve people's petitions, especially regarding urban order and civilization, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Nghia Do Ward Nguyen Hong Son assigned the Ward People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Ward Police, the Urban Order Management Team, and the Front Work Committee of residential groups to review all violations of sidewalk encroachment, illegal parking, garbage collection points, flea markets, and scrap collection facilities. The Ward People's Committee will develop a specific handling plan, clearly defining responsibilities and completion deadlines.

Regarding fire prevention, fire fighting and ensuring safety and order in apartment buildings, the head of Nghia Do ward assigned the ward police to coordinate with the ward People's Committee to inspect and urge investors and management boards to strictly implement fire prevention and fighting regulations. Projects that have not been accepted must be promptly remedied to ensure safety according to regulations. The ward People's Committee strengthens state management; organizes inspections of operations, perfects the management board, ensures compliance with regulations, and is suitable to practical requirements; organizes dialogues with people according to regulations.

Referring to recommendations related to technical infrastructure and drainage, the Party Secretary of Nghia Do Ward assigned the Ward People's Committee to coordinate with Hanoi Drainage One Member Co., Ltd. to inspect and clear sewers in the areas of Tran Cung, Nghia Tan, and Hoang Quoc Viet, prioritizing the handling of flooded areas.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Son requested the Ward People's Committee to review the entire process of handling documents, shorten the time, and avoid causing inconvenience to the people. Contents beyond the authority must be summarized and reported promptly to the City Party Committee and People's Committee.

The Ward Party Secretary also assigned the Party Building Committee to advise on perfecting the staff team according to the motto "right person, right job, right job position", focusing on improving capacity and spirit of serving the people; proactively advising and organizing professional training courses and skills associated with the requirements of digital transformation and innovation in the new period.

The viewpoint of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of the ward is to handle them strictly, in accordance with regulations; not to cover up or avoid, and to have a specific roadmap,” emphasized the Secretary of the Party Committee of Nghia Do ward.
