Tam Diep Ward deploys plan to propagate and mobilize voluntary blood donation in 2025

Implementing Plan No. 64/KH-BCĐ dated September 25, 2025 of the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation of Ninh Binh province on propaganda, mobilization and organization of voluntary blood donation in the last months of the year, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation of Tam Diep ward has just issued Plan No. 84/KH-BCĐ to deploy propaganda and mobilization activities for voluntary blood donation in the area in 2025.

Accordingly, the activity was carried out to continue raising awareness among cadres, party members, civil servants, armed forces, youth union members, students, workers and people of all walks of life about the profound humanitarian significance of donating blood to save lives. The voluntary blood donation movement is identified not only as an activity of humanitarian significance but also as a manifestation of the spirit of community sharing, "a drop of blood given - a life saved".

The plan clearly states: Tam Diep ward strives to mobilize from 160 to 200 units of blood in 2025, ensuring the completion of the target assigned by the Provincial Steering Committee. Specific targets are allocated to each unit, including: Ward People's Committee 10 units of blood; Party Committee - Fatherland Front Committee 5 units; Ward Police 5 units; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union 20 units; schools from kindergarten to junior high school in the area 35 units; Nguyen Hue A High School 15 units; and 37 residential groups mobilize a total of 100 units of blood. The total expected registered mobilization target is 310 people.

The blood donation activity will be held from 7:00 to 11:00, December 28, 2025 (Sunday) at the Tam Diep Ward Cultural House. The subjects mobilized to participate include: civil servants, public employees, youth union members, armed forces, teachers, eligible students, employees in enterprises and local people.

To ensure the effectiveness of the campaign, the ward will strengthen communication through many forms such as: 2-level loudspeaker system; ward's electronic information page; billboards, posters; social networks, Zalo groups of residential groups; combining direct propaganda at conferences and residential meetings. This is considered a key solution to create dissemination, raise awareness and proactiveness of people in participating in blood donation.

In addition, agencies, units, and residential groups are assigned to proactively develop plans and register eligible blood donors to send to the Ward Steering Committee before December 15, 2025. The Ward Health Station will coordinate with the health sector to supervise techniques and provide professional support to ensure the safety of blood donors before, during, and after donation.

The Department of Economics , Infrastructure and Urban Areas is responsible for allocating sufficient funds to serve the organization of voluntary blood donation; Tam Diep Culture - Sports and Broadcasting Center is responsible for developing propaganda news articles and coordinating the hanging of banners and visual slogans.

With the strong direction of the Party Committee and government, and the active response of agencies, schools, organizations and people, Tam Diep ward expects the voluntary blood donation campaign in 2025 to achieve high results, contributing to supplementing the blood source for emergency care and patient treatment in the province.
