Thong Nhat Ward organized a cultural program to celebrate the Party and the Lunar New Year.

(GLO) - On the evening of February 9th, the People's Committee of Thong Nhat Ward, in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, organized a cultural program "Celebrating the Glorious Party - Celebrating the Year of the Horse 2026".

The program attracted a large number of officials, Party members, and people in the ward to watch and cheer. At the program, the audience enjoyed many musical and dance performances praising the Party, the beloved President Ho Chi Minh, the homeland, the country, and spring, including: "Tet Comes with Spring," "Spring Comes to the Mountains and Forests," "Flowers in President Ho Chi Minh's Garden," "The Flame of the Highlands," "President Ho Chi Minh Marches with Us," "The First Spring," "The Party Has Given Us a Spring," etc.

Performances by members of youth organizations, armed forces, and residents of neighborhoods and villages within the ward created a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere in the early days of the new spring.

On this occasion, 50 Tet gifts worth a total of 25 million VND, sponsored by various organizations, businesses, and philanthropists, were presented to poor households, near-poor households, exemplary policy beneficiary families, and households with difficult circumstances in the ward.

In addition, the organizing committee presented letters of appreciation to the organizations, businesses, and philanthropists who have supported the program.
