To begin the program, leaders, delegates, and the people respectfully performed the incense offering ceremony in commemoration of Trạng Trình Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm in the sacred space of Thanh Am village communal house. The ceremony expressed the profound gratitude of today's generations to this great sage and virtuous leader of the nation – a man who left behind a legacy of thought, morality, and character that holds lasting value for Vietnamese history and culture.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Thuy, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Viet Hung Ward, emphasized: Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem was an outstanding cultural figure, a great thinker and educator of the nation; his life and thoughts still retain their value today in educating people on morality, building a righteous and virtuous lifestyle, and valuing talented individuals.

On this occasion, Viet Hung ward, in coordination with residential groups and the Thanh Am village community, organized an exhibition of documents and images about the life, background, career, and ideology of Trạng Trình, while also introducing the historical and cultural value of the Thanh Am communal house. This created opportunities for the people, especially the younger generation, to gain a deeper understanding of the history and traditions of their homeland, enriching their knowledge and moral values. The comrade also emphasized the view that heritage preservation should not only stop at maintaining the form, but more importantly, ensure that the heritage continues to "live" in community life, being passed down and spread through generations.
