Vice Chairman of Xuan Dinh Ward People's Committee Nguyen Hung Quoc emphasized that this year's Musical Talent Festival for High School Students contributes to realizing the goal of comprehensive education , focusing on developing aesthetic capacity and artistic expression skills for high school students; gradually encouraging each student to become familiar with and proficiently use at least one musical instrument suitable to their interests and age.

The contest also aims to create conditions for students to develop their musical talents; form the habit of practicing and performing musical instruments, thereby improving their spiritual life, nurturing a pure soul, loving beauty, contributing to building a generation of elegant and civilized students in the capital; building a "Happy School". This also aims to contribute to preserving and promoting the value of national music, while absorbing the quintessence of modern music suitable for students' ages, creating a healthy playground for students with musical talent and passion; discovering and nurturing musical talents in the area.

In addition to evaluating the results of the schools' cultural and artistic movement activities, this is also an opportunity for teachers and students of primary and secondary schools in the area to exchange and learn, share experiences, strengthen solidarity; create new momentum and vitality in work and study, and improve the spiritual life of cadres, teachers, staff and students.
Through this, typical cores and new factors are discovered to be the core for the art movement in schools in particular and Xuan Dinh ward in general. At the same time, the Organizing Committee selects excellent performances to participate in the City-level Festival which will take place in December 2025 organized by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.

At the competition, 8 performances from 5 primary and secondary schools in the area were performed by the contestants with deep emotions and excellent techniques. Each performance brought a unique, creative and emotional musical nuance.
