Deputy Chairman of Xuan Dinh Ward People's Committee Nguyen Hung Quoc emphasized that this year's High School Student Musical Instrument Talent Festival contributes to realizing the goal of comprehensive education , focusing on developing aesthetic abilities and artistic expression skills for high school students; gradually encouraging each student to become familiar with and proficient in using at least one musical instrument suitable to their interests and age.

The competition also aims to create opportunities for students to develop their musical talents; to form the habit of practicing and performing musical instruments, thereby enhancing their spiritual lives, nurturing pure souls, fostering an appreciation for beauty, and contributing to building a generation of elegant and civilized students in Hanoi; and building "Happy Schools". This also aims to contribute to preserving and promoting the value of traditional music, while simultaneously absorbing the essence of modern music suitable for students' age group, creating a healthy playground for students with musical talent and passion; and discovering and nurturing musical talents in the area.

Besides evaluating the results of the arts and culture activities of schools, this is also an opportunity for teachers and students from primary and secondary schools in the area to interact, learn from each other, exchange experiences, and strengthen solidarity; creating new momentum and vitality in work and study, and improving the spiritual life of staff, teachers, and students.
Through this event, outstanding individuals and new talents will be identified and nurtured to form the core of the arts and culture movement in schools in particular and Xuan Dinh ward in general. At the same time, the organizing committee will select outstanding performances to participate in the city-level festival, which will take place in December 2025 and will be organized by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.

At the competition, 8 performances from 5 primary and secondary schools in the area were presented by the contestants with profound emotions and excellent technique. Each performance brought its own unique musical style, creativity, and emotion.
