(Chinhphu.vn) - Forbes Vietnam has just announced the list of 50 best listed companies in Vietnam in 2025. In which, PetroVietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS) ranked 4th/50 with 5 other member units of the Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group (Petrovietnam) in this 13th published list.

PV GAS excellently ranked 4th in the list of 50 best listed companies in Vietnam in 2025 with new momentum to celebrate its 35th birthday of establishment and development.

Specifically, PetroVietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS, stock code: GAS) has been on the List for 13 consecutive years. In the "Top 50 best listed companies in Vietnam in 2025", PV GAS ranked 4th with 2024 revenue reaching VND 103,564 billion and after-tax profit reaching VND 10,590 billion.

Next, Vietnam Oil and Gas Power Corporation - JSC (PV Power, stock code: POW) recorded revenue of VND 30,306 billion, profit after tax of VND 1,211 billion; PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo - Phu My, stock code: DPM) recorded revenue of VND 13,496 billion, profit after tax of VND 554 billion; Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC, stock code: DCM) recorded revenue of VND 13,455 billion, profit after tax of VND 1,428 billion; PetroVietnam Transportation Joint Stock Corporation (PVTrans, stock code: PVT) recorded revenue of VND 11,732 billion, profit after tax of VND 1,470 billion; PetroVietnam Drilling and Well Services Corporation (PV Drilling, stock code: PVD) recorded revenue of VND9,288 billion and after-tax profit of VND698 billion.

According to Forbes Vietnam, the total revenue of the 50 companies on the list reached more than VND1,567,511 billion, up 20.8% over the previous year, while total after-tax profit exceeded VND207,000 billion, up 8.5%.

The list of 50 best listed companies in Vietnam in 2025, compiled by Forbes Vietnam for the 13th time, reflects notable changes in the business landscape after a period of volatility, with 14 changes compared to last year's list, including 4 businesses appearing for the first time and 8 businesses returning to the list.

To make the List of 50 best listed companies in 2025, companies listed on HSX and HNX are evaluated by Forbes Vietnam through many rounds with criteria such as: Profitable in 2024, revenue and capitalization of at least 500 billion VND; assessment of compound growth rate of revenue, profit, ROE, ROC ratio, etc. At the same time, based on qualitative investigations to assess the level of sustainable development of the enterprise: company position in the industry, source of profit, quality of corporate governance, industry prospects;... The data used for calculation is the audited consolidated financial statements of 2024.

PV GAS's excellent ranking in the 4th position in the list of 50 best listed companies in Vietnam in 2025 once again affirms the unit's adaptability and flexibility to the domestic and world energy market; preparing for a new spirit to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the unit's establishment and development.
