Vietnam-Jordan friendship

The King of Jordan's visit to Vietnam takes place in the context of the two countries celebrating the 45th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations (August 9, 1980 - August 9, 2025), contributing to opening a new phase of cooperation.

At the invitation of President Luong Cuong, King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan paid an official visit to Vietnam on November 12 and 13, 2025.

This is the first visit of the Head of the Kingdom of Jordan to Vietnam and the first exchange of delegations at the Head of State/Government level between the two countries since the establishment of diplomatic relations.

The visit took place in the context of the two countries celebrating the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations (August 9, 1980 - August 9, 2025), contributing to opening a new phase of cooperation, creating a premise to promote cooperation in areas of mutual interest./.
