Military Region 4 checks and grasps the ideological situation and discipline of soldiers discharged in 2026

On December 2, a working delegation from the Security Protection Department, Political Department of Military Region 4 inspected and grasped the ideological situation and discipline of soldiers discharged in 2026 and the activities of Party Committee secretaries and security soldiers at Division 968.

At units of Division 968, the working delegation focused on inspecting and surveying a number of contents on the ideological situation and discipline compliance of soldiers preparing to be discharged; at the same time, evaluating the performance of the team of Party secretaries and the security force at the grassroots level.

The working group of the Security Protection Department, Political Department of Military Region 4 distributed survey forms on a number of contents regarding the ideological situation and discipline compliance of soldiers preparing to be discharged.

The inspection showed that the Party committees and commanders of the units have seriously and fully grasped the documents, directives and instructions of the State, the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 4 on the regime and policies for non-commissioned officers and soldiers in active service and discharged. 100% of the soldiers preparing for discharge are mentally secure, have a good sense of responsibility, strictly comply with the State's laws, military discipline and unit regulations. Many soldiers boldly expressed their desire to serve long-term in the Army, and hope to be given the opportunity to participate in vocational training classes to better orient themselves after completing their military service.

Concluding the inspection, the working group requested that in the remaining time, non-commissioned officers and soldiers continue to promote the achieved results, raise their sense of responsibility, complete their tasks well before returning to their localities; strictly comply with the regimes and regulations, ensure absolute safety in all aspects; maintain good relationships within the unit. Party committees and commanders of units need to continue to pay attention and create conditions for soldiers to complete their tasks well, stabilize their mentality and fully prepare for the demobilization process.
