However, some violations are still complicated and have not decreased, affecting the quality of task performance and building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" unit.
The main cause was determined to be that some Party committees and unit commanders have not really paid due attention to political and ideological education; discipline and legal management work is still formalistic, chasing after achievements, even concealing shortcomings, reporting untimely or inaccurately.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Chiem Thong Nhat requested agencies and units to focus on researching, analyzing, and clarifying the causes of violations; promptly sharing and replicating effective solutions in discipline management and ensuring safety in all aspects.
“Party committees and commanders at all levels must regularly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of soldiers, proactively take measures to prevent and stop violations early, from the grassroots level; strengthen inspection and control of holidays, festivals, and Tet. At the same time, advise local party committees and authorities on the selection and calling of citizens to join the army in 2026; ensure the material and spiritual life of soldiers…”, Major General Chiem Thong Nhat emphasized.
