Military Region 9: Strengthening Party inspection, supervision and discipline work

On the morning of December 1, the Party Committee of Military Region 9 and the Inspection Committees of Provincial and Municipal Party Committees held a conference to review the implementation of the regulations on coordination of inspection, supervision and discipline work of the Party for the 2020-2025 term. Lieutenant General Ho Van Thai, Party Committee Secretary and Political Commissar of Military Region 9 attended and directed the conference.

In the 2020-2025 term, the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work has been closely and comprehensively led, directed and coordinated by the Party Committee, the Party Inspection Committee of Military Region 9 and the Inspection Committees of Provincial and Municipal Party Committees, achieving many important results; actively and proactively advising the Standing Committee of the Military Region Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial and Municipal Party Committees to conduct inspection and supervision of military and defense tasks and Party building work for 100% of the Military Party Committees of provinces and cities; coordinating inspection and supervision according to Clause 2, Article 30 and Article 32 of the Party Charter for Party organizations, reaching 44.74% and 58.96% of Party members, exceeding the targets set in the resolution.

Lieutenant General Ho Van Thai, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Military Region 9, delivered a speech directing the conference.

The work of coordinating direction, reviewing, handling discipline, and resolving denunciations and complaints is carried out in accordance with principles and procedures with quality and efficiency; creating solidarity, trust, and high unity, contributing to building strong, clean, and exemplary Party organizations.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Ho Van Thai requested Party committees, commanders, and Inspection Committees at all levels to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the Party's resolutions, directives, and regulations on inspection and supervision work, especially new documents. Raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, and leaders in coordinating inspection and supervision; fully issue leadership documents on inspection, supervision, and Party discipline work, ensuring consistency, synchronization, and closeness to reality.

Along with that, continue to innovate the content and methods of inspection and supervision associated with surprise inspections, grasp the situation, and regular supervision; carry out inspection and supervision work publicly and transparently; pay attention to implementing digital transformation solutions for the Party inspection sector; regularly foster professional skills to improve the qualifications of Party committee members and specialized cadres to meet task requirements.
