The Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense presented portrait statues of President Ho Chi Minh to communes and wards in Lai Chau province.

(laichau.gov.vn) This morning (December 9th), at the Lai Chau Provincial Military Command, acting on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, the 2nd Military Region Command presented portrait statues of President Ho Chi Minh to 38 communes and wards in Lai Chau province. Major General Nguyen Van Xuan, Deputy Commander of the 2nd Military Region, attended, presented the statues, and delivered a speech.

The delegates congratulated the communes and wards that were presented with portrait statues of President Ho Chi Minh .

Attending the award ceremony were Comrade Le Minh Ngan - Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee; representatives of the leadership of the Military Region; leaders of the Provincial Military Command; delegates from provincial departments and agencies; and representatives of the leadership of 38 communes and wards in Lai Chau province.
