
Attending the award ceremony were Comrade Le Minh Ngan - Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee; representatives of the leadership of the Military Region; leaders of the Provincial Military Command; delegates from provincial departments and agencies; and representatives of the leadership of 38 communes and wards in Lai Chau province.
At the awarding ceremony , authorized by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense , Major General Nguyen Van Xuan - Deputy Commander of Military Region 2 - presented portrait statues of President Ho Chi Minh to communes and wards in Lai Chau province.

The awarding and receiving of the statue is not only an event but also a sacred symbol expressing boundless gratitude and respect for President Ho Chi Minh. It also affirms the determination of the entire Party Committee and people of Lai Chau province to continue studying and following his noble ideology, ethics, and style. The portrait statue of President Ho Chi Minh is seen as a symbol of trust and a reminder and encouragement for every collective, individual, cadre, Party member, and citizen to continue striving, dedicating themselves, and excellently fulfilling all assigned tasks, making a practical contribution to the cause of building a more prosperous, beautiful, and civilized homeland and country. He expressed confidence that the communes and wards in Lai Chau province would preserve, cherish, and promote the value of the portrait statue of President Ho Chi Minh.
On behalf of the Party Committee, the government, and the people of all ethnic groups in the province, representatives from the communes and wards expressed their profound gratitude for the attention of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, the Party Committee, and the Commander of Military Region 2 for this extremely meaningful gift. Receiving the portrait statue of President Ho Chi Minh has further motivated the Party Committee, the government, and the people of the communes and wards in the province to continue striving to fulfill their duties well and contribute to the overall development of their homeland and country.
