Quang Binh invites investors to implement Con Ket Urban Area project
The People's Committee of Quang Binh province approved the preliminary requirements on capacity and experience; at the same time, called on investors to register to implement the Con Ket Urban Area project in Quang Thuan ward, Ba Don town.
The Con Ket Urban Area Project in Quang Thuan Ward, Ba Don Town has a preliminary total project cost of VND 1,648 billion, of which compensation and resettlement support costs are VND 156 billion. The project has a land area of approximately 502,000 m2; the exact area will be determined during the land allocation process.
Regarding investment scale, the project completes technical infrastructure works (leveling, embankments, bridges, roads, parking lots, water supply, fire prevention and fighting, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage and environmental sanitation, domestic electricity supply, lighting, green parks, water surfaces, communications...).

Investing in the construction of a complex of commercial and service buildings on land lots marked TMDV (1,2); commercial and service buildings on land lots marked TMDV (3-8).
Invest in the construction and completion of 1 cultural house; 1 kindergarten. For the planned land area for religious buildings - churches on the land lot with the symbol TG-NT, the investor will hand it over to the state after completing the investment in the technical infrastructure.
For the housing part, the project will form 729 residential plots, with a land use area of 146,900.09 m2. Of which, about 99 units will be built rough and finished on the exterior (41 villas; 7 mixed-use houses; 51 townhouses); land use rights will be transferred to people to build their own houses according to approved designs after investing in the complete construction of technical infrastructure and meeting current regulations for about 536 plots; residential land fund for compensation and resettlement of about 94 plots.
Regarding the current status, the project land is currently urban residential land; flat land for growing other annual crops; land for growing perennial crops; land for aquaculture; traffic land; irrigation land; unused flat land; cemetery land; river and stream land; land for non -agricultural production facilities; land for religious facilities.
According to the decision approving the preliminary requirements on project capacity and experience of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province, investors wishing to register to implement the project must have a minimum equity capital of VND 271 billion.
The investor must have experience in implementing similar projects as a member of a consortium, or a partner in implementing the project as an investor contributing equity capital to a project with a total investment of at least VND 902 billion that has been completed or largely completed within the last 7 years. In which, the investor contributes equity capital with a minimum value of VND 136 billion.
Another case is that the investor participates as the main construction contractor or has a partner participating as the main construction contractor of a similar project with a total minimum investment of VND 495 billion, completed within the last 5 years.
According to the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Binh, the Department has officially announced the invitation for interested investors to register to implement the Con Ket Urban Area project. Interested investors can submit the project registration application form to the National Bidding Network System. The deadline for receiving applications is August 10, 2024.
