Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches, sectors and units based on the guidance of the Ministry of Planning and Investment in Official Dispatch No. 3109 dated April 24, 2024 to proactively perform the task of providing
Provide and update information and database on provincial planning records on the National Planning Information Portal; during the implementation process, if there are any difficulties or problems beyond the authority, report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and direction.
Previously, Official Dispatch 3109 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment sent a request to the People's Committees of provinces and central cities to assign agencies, organizations, units and individuals in accordance with their expertise to perform the task of providing and updating information; and register an account to access the National Planning Information Portal.
At the same time, clearly stipulate the authority and responsibility of individuals assigned to manage and use accounts of agencies, organizations and units; clearly stipulate sanctions for individuals assigned to synthesize, provide and update information but do not perform or perform incompletely or do not comply with the information provision regime as prescribed.
The content of information updates and planning dossier databases must comply with the guidance of the Ministry of Planning and Investment in Circular No. 04 dated June 26, 2023 guiding the content and technical requirements of the planning dossier database and national planning diagrams and maps, regional planning, provincial planning; instructions related to planning of a specialized technical nature that are still in effect and other current regulations on protecting state secrets.
