Comrade Ho Van Nien, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee attended and delivered a speech directing the congress.

Also attending were comrades: Nguyen Van Thanh, member of the Presidium, Head of the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Nguyen Hoang Giang, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province; leaders of Quang Ngai province and Kon Tum province (old) through the periods; Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Heroes of Labor in the renovation period.

The report at the congress stated that in the 2024-2029 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Quang Ngai province, through the extensive implementation of major movements and campaigns, has brought about practical and great results, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people.

The work of supervision, social criticism and participation in Party and government building has been carried out effectively, clearly demonstrating the role of a bridge between the Party, State and people.

Many self-management models in residential areas have been well implemented and replicated; the spirit of solidarity and mutual love, "national love and compatriotism" has been aroused and increasingly spread, especially in times of difficulty, calamity, when natural disasters, epidemics and incidents occur.

Along with that, the organizational structure of the Fatherland Front at all levels continues to be streamlined, operating effectively and efficiently according to the Party's policy on organizational structure arrangement of the political system and the 2-level local government model; promoting the application of information technology in management, propaganda and people mobilization work, achieving many positive results.

Comrade Ho Van Nien, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee presented a banner with the words "Solidarity, Democracy, Innovation, Development" to the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province.

To meet the requirements of the new development period, the congress set out 24 key tasks and 39 solutions. The focus is on further innovating the content and methods of operation, building the Fatherland Front as a true center and political core in building the great national unity bloc; gathering and uniting widely all classes, classes, religions and ethnic groups; promoting the role of a bridge between the Party, the State and the people.

Thereby, continuing to enhance the role and effectiveness of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province, promoting democracy, strengthening social consensus, contributing to the successful implementation of economic, cultural and social development goals, building Quang Ngai province to develop rapidly, comprehensively and sustainably.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Ho Van Nien, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province in recent times.

Faced with new requirements and tasks, comrade Ho Van Nien requested that the Fatherland Front at all levels, as the political base of the people's government, as an organization representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people, must continue to further promote its role and position; strongly arouse the spirit of great national unity, promote the intelligence and strength of the people; accompany the Party Committees and authorities to seize opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges; be determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, creating a solid foundation for the whole country to enter a new era of development - the era of strong national development.

“The Fatherland Front at all levels must pay attention to preserving and promoting the national cultural identity and the fine traditional values of Quang Ngai. In particular, it is necessary to further improve the quality and effectiveness of people-to-people diplomacy activities, ensuring compliance with the new organizational model; continue to call for the companionship and joint efforts of the Quang Ngai community living and working at home and abroad, actively contributing to the sustainable development of the province,” Comrade Ho Van Nien suggested.

In his closing speech at the congress, comrade U Huan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee affirmed that the successful congress is a new milestone, an important premise and driving force for the work of the Quang Ngai Provincial Fatherland Front to continue to have new developments in the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade U Huan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province, term I, 2025-2030, delivered the closing speech of the congress.

He suggested that, immediately after the congress, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province should thoroughly grasp the Congress Resolution and develop an action program suitable to the characteristics and situation of the locality and unit on the basis of closely following the goals and tasks of the congress in order to create positive changes in gathering and mobilizing people of all walks of life to actively participate in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, participating in Party and government building, implementing democracy, enhancing consensus, contributing to making Quang Ngai a fairly developed province in the country.

The consultative congress elected 111 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province, term I, 2025-2030; and consulted to elect a delegation to attend the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026-2031.
