QNgTV- In order to improve the quality and reputation of exploited aquatic products and prevent IUU fishing, Quang Ngai is synchronously implementing solutions to manage and trace the origin of aquatic products, towards a safe, transparent and sustainable production chain.

In recent times, the work of confirming and certifying the origin of exploited aquatic products has been seriously carried out by Quang Ngai province, from issuing receipts, raw material certificates to certificates of aquatic product origin. All fishing vessels leaving and arriving at ports are monitored via the eCDT electronic system, ensuring that 100% of information is fully traceable and in accordance with regulations.

Since the beginning of the year, Quang Ngai has issued 643 receipts with a total output of over 4,450 tons. The total output of exploited aquatic products that have been granted certificates of exploited aquatic products since the beginning of the year is about 3,730 tons.
