This is a key objective in the 2026 work program recently issued by the Provincial Steering Committee on Science , Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation.

According to the program, Quang Ngai province will achieve 5G coverage for at least 70% of its population, eliminate signal blind spots, and equip 100% of commune-level officials with personal digital signatures. Quang Ngai also plans to allocate 3% of its total local budget for science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation.

Along with the operation of the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC), the province will promote the processing of work documents entirely in an electronic environment and implement "major problems" linked to the practical development of the economy and society.

In addition, solutions to ensure information security and provide digital skills training for officials and citizens through the "Digital Literacy Movement" will also be implemented synchronously in 2026.
