In 2026, the projected state budget revenue for Quang Ngai province is 33,624 billion VND, equal to the central government's target. Of this, domestic revenue is 22,824 billion VND, also equal to the central government's target, an increase of 2.6% compared to 2025. Tax revenue from export and import activities is 10,800 billion VND, equal to the central government's target, representing 83.6% of the 2025 figure.

The estimated local budget expenditure is 29,365 billion VND, including: Development investment expenditure: 5,962 billion VND, an increase of 316 billion VND compared to the provincial People's Council's estimate for 2025, equivalent to a 6% increase; Expenditure from targeted central government supplementary funds: 3,251 billion VND; Principal debt repayment from budget surplus: 3 billion VND.

The province is strengthening its direction and management of state budget revenue collection in the area, striving to increase revenue compared to the central government's assigned targets. It is managing and controlling state budget expenditures in accordance with regulations, ensuring strict control, economy, and efficiency; and ensuring transparency in the use of state budget funds.
