Quang Ninh supports more than 14.5 billion VND for villages, hamlets and neighborhoods to organize National Great Unity Day in 2025

On April 12, 2025, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province issued Decision No. 4281/QD-UBND on the targeted additional allocation of VND 14,520 billion to serve the organization of National Great Unity Day on November 18, 2025.

Accordingly, this funding source will be allocated to the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to support 1,452 villages, hamlets and residential areas in the whole province to organize the Festival, with an amount of 10 million VND/residential area.

The funding source is allocated based on the proposal of the Department of Finance and the consensus of the members of the Provincial People's Committee. The Provincial People's Committee also requires the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to be responsible for receiving, managing and using the funding for the right purpose and effectively, and at the same time, making final settlement according to the state budget year.

According to the plan of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee (No. 22/KH-MTTQ-BTT dated September 30, 2025), the National Great Unity Day in residential areas in 2025 in Quang Ninh will be held simultaneously for 1 day on Sunday, November 16, in 100% of residential areas in the whole province. Depending on the conditions of each locality, a suitable form of organization can be chosen, such as organizing each residential area separately or inter-residential areas, chaired by the Front Work Committee. The form and location of the organization must ensure convenience for people to participate in full; invited participants also include representatives of Party committees, authorities, agencies, organizations, units, enterprises, religious organizations... in the area. For local areas and border areas, representatives of leaders, people and residential areas of the host country can be invited to attend the festival and must ensure proper implementation of regulations on people's foreign affairs activities, regulations on entry and exit, etc.
