Taking place from February 15-22 (from the 28th day of the 12th lunar month to the 6th day of the Lunar New Year), this space promises to bring a special experience to locals and tourists and spread the image of Quang Ninh as a dynamic, creative, and integrated province.

The Flower Boulevard space is designed with a consistent emotional theme: from pride in tradition to socio- economic achievements and the province's aspirations for further progress, harmoniously blending two elements: "Natural Heritage" - symbolized by flowers, mountains, sea, and traditional culture; and "Digital Wonder" - expressed through modern lighting technology with programmable LEDs, 3D holograms, pixel mapping, and 3D printing. This combination creates a vibrant festival space that is both distinctly Quang Ninh and modern, attracting tourists from both within and outside the country.

The highlight of the Flower and Light Technology Boulevard along the Bay of Wonders is the arrangement of large-scale scenes and decorative elements along the route, each conveying a unique message but closely linked to the overall theme.

In particular, the "Eight Horses" motif, featuring eight majestic horse mascots, symbolizes strength, wealth, and success in the new year.

Eight horse mascots, ranging in height from 4.4 to 5.7 meters and body length up to 7.4 meters, are placed on a 95 square meter platform. Combined with models of waves, plum blossoms, and peach blossoms 6-8 meters high, they create a vibrant spring scene – promising to become an impressive check-in spot for locals and tourists.
