Lam Vien Square was bustling with art performances celebrating the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026.

On the evening of February 16th (the 29th day of the Lunar New Year), at Lam Vien Square (Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat), the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee organized the art program "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating the Spring of the Year of the Horse 2026," attracting a large number of locals and tourists in a lively atmosphere before the New Year's Eve.

The art program, organized by the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and performed by the Lam Dong Art Theater, was elaborately staged with three thematic parts: "Spring Offering to the Party," "New Spring Colors in Lam Dong Homeland," and "Rhythms of Spring."

The opening featured song and dance performances recreating the atmosphere of the revolutionary spring, evoking pride in the struggle for independence and nation-building. Mashups like "The First Spring" - "Spring in the War Zone," "The Nation's Complete Joy," and medleys praising the police, military, healthcare, and education forces created highlights and received much positive feedback from locals and tourists.

The second part of the program brought a fresh perspective, showcasing the cultural beauty, people, and development potential of Lam Dong through songs about the highlands and the city of Da Lat, the land of a thousand flowers. The lively melodies, imbued with the spirit of the Central Highlands, blended with energetic dance moves, energized the atmosphere in the square.

Towards the end, the sports dance, modern dance, and DJ performances energized thousands of young spectators. Many families and tourists stayed until the very last minute to count down together to the New Year.

According to the plan, at exactly 0:00 on February 17th, the artistic fireworks display around Xuan Huong Lake to celebrate the New Year's Eve is expected to attract a large number of locals and tourists.
