Que Son strengthens inspection and management of land use

Thereby promptly detecting and preventing violations of land law, making records of administrative violations, strictly handling violations within authority; in case of exceeding authority, report to competent authorities for consideration and handling according to regulations.

Que Son District People's Committee assigned the District Inspectorate to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to advise the District People's Committee to develop an annual inspection plan according to the provisions of the Inspection Law, focusing on inspection of land allocation, land lease, land division, land use purpose conversion, issuance of land use right certificates; management and use of public land in communes and towns...; advise, recommend and propose strict handling of violations and handling of responsibilities of related organizations and individuals in accordance with regulations.

According to the People's Committee of Que Son district, in recent times, the state management of land in the district has been paid attention to and implemented by all levels and sectors with many positive changes, contributing to maintaining political stability and promoting socio-economic development of the district.

However, in addition to the achieved results, state management of land in some localities still has shortcomings and limitations, land violations still occur such as: not putting land into use, slow progress of land use in implementing investment projects, land encroachment, arbitrary change of land use purpose, land division, land transfer... not ensuring regulations.
