Specifically, the National Assembly spent the whole day of October 30 on supreme supervision, discussing in the hall the results of supervision of the implementation of the National Assembly's resolutions on the National Target Programs on new rural construction in the 2021-2025 period, sustainable poverty reduction in the 2021-2025 period, and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the 2021-2030 period.
On the morning of October 31, the National Assembly discussed in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of the draft Law on Real Estate Business (amended).
Notably, on the afternoon of October 31 and all day of November 1, the National Assembly discussed in the hall: Assessment of the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan for 2023; projected socio-economic development plan for 2024; mid-term assessment of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan for 2021 - 2025; economic restructuring plan for the 2021 - 2025 period; results of the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 on fiscal and monetary policies to support the socio-economic recovery and development program; Government report on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city; results of the review of the system of legal documents according to the provisions of Resolution No. 101/2023/QH15 on the 5th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
Next, on the morning of November 2, the National Assembly discussed in the hall: Mid-term assessment of the implementation of the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025; national financial plan and borrowing and repayment of public debt for the 5-year period 2021 - 2025; State budget implementation situation in 2023, State budget estimates, Central budget allocation plan in 2024 (including the 3-year State financial and budget plan 2024 - 2026; implementation situation of the State budget public investment plan in 2023, expected State budget public investment plan in 2024; implementation situation of the 2023 financial plan, expected 2024 financial plan of extra-budgetary State financial funds managed by the Central Government; supplementing the regular expenditure estimates of the State budget in 2023 for ministries, agencies at the Central level and localities).
On the afternoon of November 2, the National Assembly discussed in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of the draft Law on Credit Institutions (amended).
In particular, the National Assembly spent the entire day of November 3 discussing in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of the draft Land Law (amended). This is a particularly important law project with a profound impact on the entire population and the business community. The law project is being considered according to the 3-session process and is expected to be completed and submitted to the National Assembly for approval during this session.
