The laws voted to be passed by the National Assembly include: Law on Tax Administration (amended); Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); Law on Saving and Anti-Waste; Law on Planning (amended); Law on Deposit Insurance (amended); Law on Population; Law on Disease Prevention; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer; Law on Cyber ​​Security; Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Supervision Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils (amended); Law on E-Commerce; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education ; Law on Vocational Education (amended); Law on Higher Education (amended).

The resolutions voted and passed by the National Assembly include: Resolution on the results of the thematic supervision of "Implementation of policies and laws on environmental protection since the Law on Environmental Protection 2020 took effect"; Resolution of the National Assembly on a number of specific mechanisms and policies to improve the effectiveness of international integration; Resolution of the National Assembly on ratifying the Agreement in the field of foreign affairs at the request of the President; Resolution on adjusting the National Master Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; Resolution of the National Assembly stipulating a number of mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in organizing the implementation of the Land Law; Resolution of the National Assembly on the investment policy of the Gia Binh International Airport Construction Investment Project; Resolution of the National Assembly on a number of specific and outstanding mechanisms and policies to make breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution on investment policy for the National Target Program on modernization and improvement of education and training quality for the 2026 - 2035 period.
