The Vietnamese National Assembly and the milestones of the Year of the Horse.

Over its 80 years of formation and development, the Vietnamese National Assembly has experienced seven years of the Horse: 1954 (during the 1st term); 1966 (during the 3rd term); 1978 (during the 6th term); 1990 (during the 8th term); 2002 (at the end of the 10th term); 2014 (during the 13th term); and 2026 (at the end of the 15th term). In these Horse years, the National Assembly has consistently passed resolutions on important national issues.
