Quoc Thien said the reason for going to see G-Dragon perform

(Dan Tri) - As one of the artists present in Hung Yen to watch G-Dragon's concert, singer Quoc Thien said he learned a lot of experience from the "Kpop king".

Singer G-Dragon's two concerts in Hung Yen on November 8-9 attracted nearly 100,000 spectators, including many Vietnamese artists who came to cheer him on such as: Quoc Thien, SOOBIN, Dieu Nhi, Luu Huong Giang, RHYDER, Duong Hoang Yen...

Sharing with the media, Quoc Thien revealed that he had to ask his friends to buy tickets to be able to attend this concert. For the male singer, G-Dragon is a Kpop icon and a fashion icon for nearly 20 years. Therefore, he really wants to directly watch the concert of the leader of BIGBANG group.

Quoc Thien affirmed that he went to the concert with the spirit of "learning first", both curious and open-minded. Besides, he also wanted to find inspiration and learn from experience for his live concert SKYNOTE: The Reflection 2025 which will take place on November 22.

Recently, Quoc Thien has focused all his efforts on the biggest music project of his career. Before the live concert, he continuously released products, most recently the MV False Moonlight.

The song was "tailored" by musician Nguyen Phuc Thien for Quoc Thien, using the image of moonlight as a metaphor for "unreal reflection" - where people see what they want to believe, not what actually exists.

In the MV, Quoc Thien tells a love story metaphorically through the image of a mirror - a silent witness of love and betrayal. This is also one of the rare times director Dinh Ha Uyen Thu returns to make a MV after many years.

Quoc Thien was born in 1988, from Dong Nai, and was the champion of Vietnam Idol 2008. In the early years of his singing career, the male singer encountered many difficulties and his name was obscure.

Since 2020, Quoc Thien's career has taken off. He is known to many audiences through cover songs with millions of views such as Tomorrow People Get Married, Who Will Stay True Forever, Afraid of Love...

In 2024, Quoc Thien gained attention when he participated in the reality show and performed in the concert series Anh trai vu ngan cong gai.
