Specifically, the converted area is divided into 3 main groups: 408.93ha of annual crops, 132.02ha of perennial crops and 40.02ha of combined rice cultivation and aquaculture. The People's Committee at the commune level shall base on the approved plan for converting the structure of crops and livestock on rice-growing land and the actual conditions of the locality to implement.
