According to the land use planning adjustment map to 2030 of Can Giuoc district, Long An province, Phuoc Vinh Tay commune is oriented to develop traffic infrastructure with the appearance of many important routes in the future. In particular, two key traffic projects stand out: Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 and Provincial Road 826D.
Location and planning orientation
Phuoc Vinh Tay Commune has a strategic location in Can Giuoc District, connecting to dynamically developing areas. The implementation of new planned routes is expected to create momentum for socio -economic development, enhance regional connectivity and promote the local real estate market.

Key routes will be opened
Based on planning documents, two major routes that play a role in changing the infrastructure appearance of Phuoc Vinh Tay commune include:
1. Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4
This is one of the most important transport infrastructure projects of the Southern Key Economic Zone. The section passing through Phuoc Vinh Tay commune has an estimated length of about 6.3 km. According to the diagram, the route starts from the point across the Can Giuoc River, near Long Phuoc Pagoda, and ends at National Highway 50, near Lo Ren Canal.


2. Provincial Road 826D (Tan Tap – Long Hau)
Provincial Road 826D is planned to run perpendicular to Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 within Phuoc Vinh Tay Commune. The section passing through the commune is about 1.6 km long, playing the role of connecting the horizontal axis, linking areas in the district and with other major roads, contributing to completing the regional traffic network.
