The decision states that the Steering Committee for the Development of Public Service Culture in the Industry and Trade Sector (the Steering Committee) consists of the following members: Acting Minister Le Manh Hung, Head of the Steering Committee; Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee; Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Long, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee; Deputy Minister Phan Thi Thang, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee; Deputy Minister Truong Thanh Hoai, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee.
In addition, the Steering Committee members include the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department, a permanent member of the Steering Committee; the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry; and the President of the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade.
Heads of Departments: Department of Planning, Finance and Enterprise Management; Department of Foreign Market Development; Department of Multilateral Trade Policy; Department of Oil, Gas and Coal; Department of Legal Affairs. Chief of Staff of the Ministry's Office. Chairman of the National Competition Commission.
Directors of the following Departments: Department of Domestic Market Management and Development; Department of Electricity; Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion; Department of Industry; Department of Trade Defense; Department of Trade Promotion; Director of the Import-Export Department; Director of the Department of Industrial Safety and Environment; Director of the Department of Chemicals.
Director of the Institute for Strategic and Policy Research in Industry and Trade. Editor-in-Chief of the Industry and Trade Newspaper. Editor-in-Chief of the Industry and Trade Magazine.
Eight tasks and powers of the Steering Committee:
Directing the development and implementation of projects, programs, and plans for the development of public service culture in the Industry and Trade sector, both in stages and annually.
Directing, guiding, and urging agencies and units under the Ministry to implement standards of public service culture, in conjunction with the functions, duties, and responsibilities of the heads of these agencies and units.
Directing the integration of public service culture content into administrative reform, digital transformation, building a digital government , and improving the quality of service to citizens and businesses.
Directing the organization of propaganda, dissemination, training, and workshops on public service culture for officials, civil servants, and public employees.
Organize inspections, preliminary reviews, final summaries, and evaluations of the implementation of public service culture in agencies and units under the Ministry.
Propose commendations and awards for outstanding collectives and individuals; recommend handling cases of violations of public service culture standards according to regulations.
Perform other duties as required by the Minister of Industry and Trade .
The Steering Committee operates on a part-time basis and will dissolve itself upon completion of its nhiệm vụ. Members of the Steering Committee perform their duties as assigned by the Head of the Steering Committee.
