Despite being particularly severely affected by storm No. 13 and prolonged floods, causing heavy damage to production, life and infrastructure, with the strong direction of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and the efforts of all levels and sectors, the province's socio -economic situation in November 2025 still achieved many important results in all fields.

Specifically: The industrial production index in November is estimated to increase by 22.34% over the same period last year, and the cumulative increase in 11 months is 12.29%. Total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue in November is estimated to reach nearly 17,453 billion VND (up 16.2%), the cumulative increase in 11 months is estimated to reach 173,324 billion VND (equal to 95.1% of the plan, up 14.5%).

Total export turnover is estimated at 251 million USD (up 43.7%); accumulated 11 months is estimated at more than 2.8 billion USD (equal to 127.3% of the plan, up 41.3%).

Total state budget revenue in November is estimated at 1,506 billion VND, accumulated in 11 months of 2025 is estimated at 15,693 billion VND (equal to 117.13% of the central budget estimate and 96.22% of the provincial budget estimate, up 27.12% over the same period last year).

At the conference, members of the Provincial People's Committee discussed and agreed on a number of contents under their authority such as: Draft Report of the Provincial People's Committee on the socio-economic situation, national defense and security in November and the work program for December 2025; Draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Action Plan to implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, the Program of activities of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress; Draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee regulating a number of contents on implementing payments for forest environmental services in Dak Lak province.
