At the meeting, the comrades agreed on how to contribute ideas to the working regulations and assign tasks to the members of the Steering Committee. Accordingly, by November 11, 2025, 11 border communes in Lai Chau province had completed the selection of locations and positions to build inter-level boarding schools; of which construction of 5 inter-level boarding schools for ethnic minorities had begun in Phong Tho, Pa Tan, Bum Nua, Hua Bum and Dao San communes.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Le Minh Ngan - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the efforts of the Provincial People's Committee, the attention and direction of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, especially the localities, investors, and the Provincial Police with a large amount of work have synchronously deployed steps, so far basically implemented quite well and hoped to achieve and reach the finish line as required by the Central Government.

Regarding specific tasks, Comrade Le Minh Ngan - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested: Regarding the site clearance work in Dao San commune, Phong Tho, it is recommended that the locality, the investor, and the Land Fund Development Center strengthen solutions to speed up progress. Regarding construction direction, the investor must regularly be present at the site with the contractor to resolve difficulties and problems in the field. Localities must encourage local people to participate in direct labor at the construction sites; mass organizations must unite and contribute to fostering the future for their children; ensure security, order and safety for the construction site...
He assigned specific tasks to relevant departments and branches to pay attention to solving the problem of construction materials, especially planning, licensing, strictly controlling the exploitation process, establishing an interdisciplinary working group to inspect and rectify when necessary; prepare funds to advance capital; calculate that when schools come into operation, they must ensure food hygiene and safety for students and create jobs for local people.
