The directions, tasks and goals for the 2025-2030 term are set out in line with reality; 16 key targets in various fields are identified. The draft review report of the Party Executive Committee has promoted the spirit of self-criticism and criticism, objectively assessed the leadership, direction, management, operation and implementation in the 2020-2025 term; frankly pointed out the causes of limitations, shortcomings and responsibilities of collectives and individuals; thereby proposing effective solutions to overcome the limitations pointed out.
The Party Committee and the Personnel Subcommittee of the Ward Party Committee have carefully reviewed and selected cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity, prestige, equal to the task, with development prospects, ensuring succession, innovation and continuous development to implement the cadre process. At the same time, it is proposed that the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee appoint additional vacancies in the Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
According to comrade Phan Ngoc Kieu, Head of the Party Building Committee of the Ward Party Committee, the personnel selected to supplement the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leadership and management positions for the 2025-2030 term of the ward are all qualified, have reasonable numbers and structures, ensuring that when the Party Executive Committee has enough numbers, the proportion of women will reach over 33%, and the proportion of young people (under 42 years old) will reach over 16%.
