- On the evening of July 12, the Organizing Committee for building a model of folk cultural activities club (under the National Target Program 2024) organized a program to report the results of building the model and the launching ceremony of the folk cultural activities club of the Tay and Nung ethnic groups in Nhan Ly commune, Chi Lang district.
Pursuant to Decision No. 236, dated June 18, 2024 of the Organizing Committee Building a model of folk cultural activity club Regarding the establishment of a working group, reporters, artisans and members participating in building a model of a folk cultural activity club for the Tay and Nung ethnic groups in Nhan Ly commune, the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts has chaired and coordinated with the People's Committee of Chi Lang district and the People's Committee of Nhan Ly commune to deploy the construction of the club model.

Accordingly, from June 20 to July 10, 2024, the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts coordinated with artisans and artists to organize the teaching of Tay and Nung ethnic folk culture and some folk songs such as: sli singing, phong slu singing, luon singing, then singing... and instructed on program staging skills, maintaining and organizing club activities for 40 students.
After nearly 1 month, the students have grasped the basic knowledge and skills and practiced well the folk art forms they have learned. At the program, the delegates watched 11 performances reported by the students. These are unique folk songs and dances typical of the Tay and Nung ethnic groups that the students have learned. The students of the class are also the core members of the Club.

During the program, the leaders of the People's Committee of Chi Lang district presented the decision to establish the Tay and Nung ethnic folk culture club in Nhan Ly commune, Chi Lang district to the club's management board. According to the decision, the club has a total of 40 members. On this occasion, the representative of the Organizing Committee also presented the club with some supplies, costumes, and props to maintain its activities and activities with a budget of 70 million VND.

The Club was established and launched according to the plan of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to implement Project No. 6 "Preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development" in 2024. Thereby, actively contributing to the work of restoring, preserving and promoting traditional cultural values associated with tourism development in the area.
