- On the evening of June 5, the Organizing Committee for building a model of folk cultural clubs under the National Target Program 2024 held a program to report the results of building the model and the launching ceremony of the Tay and Dao ethnic folk cultural clubs in Tan Tri commune, Bac Son district.
Pursuant to Decision No. 159/QD-BTC dated May 4, 2024 on the establishment of a working group, reporters, artisans and members participating in building a model of Tay and Dao ethnic folk culture clubs in Tan Tri commune villages, the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts has chaired and coordinated with the People's Committee of Bac Son district and the People's Committee of Tan Tri commune to deploy the construction of the club model.

Accordingly, from May 8 to June 5, 2024, the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts coordinated with artisans and artists to organize the teaching of Tay and Dao ethnic folk culture including: Then singing, Tinh lute singing, Phong Slu singing, Vi singing of the Tay people, Pao Dung singing, Sli singing of the Dao people... and provided guidance on management skills, program staging and maintaining the organization of club activities for 52 students.

After nearly 1 month, the learn Participants have grasped basic knowledge and skills and practiced performing well the types of folk songs they have learned. At the program, delegates were able to watch 12 The performance by the students reports on the learning results. The students of the class are also the core members of the club model.

In the program, the leaders of Bac Son District People's Committee presented the decision to establish Tay and Dao ethnic folk culture club in Tan Tri commune, Bac Son district with 52 members for the Club's Board of Directors. The Organizing Committee also presented the Club with some supplies, costumes, and props with a budget of 70 million VND to maintain operations and living.
The club was established and launched according to the plan of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to implement Project No. 6 "Preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development" in 2024. Thereby, actively contributing to the work of restoring, preserving and promoting traditional cultural values associated with tourism development in the area.
