Recently, BMW Motorrad Vietnam has officially introduced the 2025 generation of the high-end scooter model C400 GT in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi . Carrying the message "Always connected", the BMW C400 GT 2025 is not only a means of transportation but is also positioned as a companion associated with modern life. Not a new model, but whenever mentioning the C400 GT, car enthusiasts still pay special attention because of its outstandingly high price and a series of equipment rarely seen in the segment. This is a model for those who not only want a maxi-scooter to move, but also want to experience a true "luxury car" standard with European technology.
In terms of safety equipment, the new generation BMW 400 GT large-capacity scooter shows clear superiority. The vehicle has 265 mm dual disc brakes at the front with four-piston calipers, 265 mm rear brakes and two-channel ABS. In particular, BMW has equipped ABS Pro with Cornering ABS - a technology commonly found on large displacement motorcycles, allowing safe braking even when the vehicle is leaning into a corner. This system distributes braking force according to the leaning angle, reducing the risk of wheel slippage and limiting the phenomenon of the vehicle standing upright when braking. In addition to ABS Pro, the vehicle also has DTC traction control, DBC emergency brake assist and MSR to control engine braking torque, all creating outstanding safety and stability in many operating situations.
Powering the new generation BMW C400 GT is a 350 cc, liquid-cooled, Euro 5+ compliant single-cylinder engine. This engine produces 34 horsepower and 35 Nm of torque, with a top speed of around 139 km/h. The fuel consumption of the BMW C400 GT large-displacement scooter attracts the attention of players when it "drinks" only about 3.5L/100km, combined with a 12.8-liter main fuel tank and a 3-liter auxiliary tank for a range of more than 450 km, suitable for both city and long-distance driving. In terms of comfort, BMW continues to demonstrate the "user-friendly" nature of a high-end car. The car has a height-adjustable windshield, an expandable Flexcase storage compartment, and uses hydraulics to hold the seat cover. The two-level seat has an integrated backrest to increase comfort for the driver. The large color TFT screen supports phone connection, navigation display and Bluetooth calling, controlled via the Multi-Controller cluster on the left. The vehicle also has a front storage compartment with a USB port for charging devices.
Although not a new model, the BMW C400 GT still creates its own appeal in the maxi-scooter segment thanks to its advanced safety technology , powerful performance and outstanding comfort. This is the choice for those looking for a luxurious, different and somewhat "picky" driving experience - true BMW Motorrad style. The official price of the BMW C400 GT 2025 in Vietnam is from 319 to 329 million VND depending on the version, significantly higher than competitors such as Honda SH350i, Yamaha Xmax 300 or Zontes 368G. However, this difference is largely due to the fact that the car is imported completely from Europe and is positioned by BMW in the high-end urban mobility segment.
