On the afternoon of March 19, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa chaired a meeting to listen to reports from the sectors on the preparation for the Conference to summarize the implementation of the emulation covenant in 2024 and sign the emulation covenant in 2025 of the Emulation Cluster of the Southwestern provinces.
In order for the conference to be successful, relevant units reported on the decoration of the festival; display of OCOP products of the province; arrangement of accommodation for delegates; itinerary of places to visit and survey; arrangement of funding for organization and work to ensure security and order during the conference.
Based on the opinions discussed at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa agreed to approve a number of reported contents. At the same time, he noted that the responsible unit should pay attention to issuing invitations early so that delegates can arrange their time to attend; focus on the content and images of the video clips shown at the conference. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to logistics to welcome delegates. According to the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the conference is also an opportunity for Long An to promote the image of the province, creating a good impression on delegates representing 11 provinces in the Southwest region.
The conference to summarize the emulation covenant in 2024 and sign the emulation covenant in 2025 of the Southwest cluster is expected to take place on March 28 in Long An province.
