Comrade Vu Thi Hien Hanh - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Red River Festival 2025 chaired the meeting. Also attending were leaders of departments, branches, and representatives of relevant units.
At the meeting, delegates listened to subcommittees report on the progress of preparations for the opening ceremony. The contents to be implemented include: completing the script for the opening ceremony and art program; decoration, lighting, sound and stage systems; plans to welcome delegates, ensure security, order, health and food safety; communication and promotion activities, as well as coordination with press agencies.
In her speech, Ms. Vu Thi Hien Hanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized the requirement: to ensure the opening ceremony takes place safely, impressively, clearly demonstrating the cultural identity of Lao Cai land and people associated with the two banks of the Red River. She requested relevant departments, branches and units to strengthen coordination, carefully review each item, promptly resolve difficulties, and fully prepare necessary conditions to organize the opening ceremony successfully, creating a good impression on the people and tourists.
Previously, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Thi Hien Hanh and leaders of departments and branches attended the preliminary rehearsal of the opening ceremony ( photo above ), pointing out the contents that need to be adjusted and supplemented to ensure the opening ceremony takes place impressively, safely and on schedule.
