Accordingly, review poor households, near-poor households and households working in agriculture , forestry and fishery with average living standards in the commune in 2025 according to the poverty line for the period 2022 - 2025 to serve as a basis for evaluating the results of implementing the poverty reduction target in 2025 and implementing poverty reduction and social security policies in 2026.

The scope of review includes all villages in the commune.

Subjects: Households on the list of poor households and near-poor households managed by the People's Committee of the commune at the time of review; Households with a request to review poor households and near-poor households; Households working in agriculture, forestry, and fishery with an average standard of living (reviewed when there is a request to identify households with an average standard of living living in the area according to the provisions of the law on residence).

Review method: Use the survey method to collect information from households to estimate income and determine the level of lack of access to basic social services of poor households and near-poor households; determine the income of households working in agriculture, forestry, fishery and salt production with an average living standard in 2025. For determining households working in agriculture, forestry and fishery with an average living standard: Implemented when there is a request from the household and implemented according to the process in Article 6, Decision No. 24/2021/QD-TTg dated July 16, 2021 of the Prime Minister .

Quang Hung Commune People's Committee requested to strengthen the direction of the Party Committee and the government in implementing the review. The review work must be carried out by the village directly to each household to ensure accuracy, publicity, democracy with the participation of authorities at all levels, sectors, organizations and people to identify the right subjects, not to miss any subjects; to follow the correct procedures according to regulations, to ensure progress in time, to avoid mistakes and negativity.
