The program runs continuously from 7 AM to 10 PM. The Tet market features 20 stalls from various residential areas within the ward, showcasing and selling traditional products and local specialties such as cakes, jams, ornamental plants, incense, etc., attracting a large number of local residents to visit and shop for Tet.

The arts festival, themed "Celebrating the Party, celebrating the Spring," attracted 14 participating teams from schools, residential areas, youth unions, and women's associations in the ward, performing songs, dances, and skits... praising love for the homeland, the Vietnamese people, national pride, and the tradition of fighting and defending the Fatherland.

At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 11 third prizes, and 15 consolation prizes to outstanding teams and residential groups. Among them, Ninh Giang Primary School won first prize in the arts performance competition, and Phu Thanh residential group won first prize in the booth display competition at the Tet market.
This is one of the cultural and artistic activities of the ward to celebrate the successful conclusion of the 14th National Congress of the Party; to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026; and at the same time to create a cultural and artistic playground, exchange of goods and food between units and residential groups, thereby strengthening community cohesion, promoting traditional cultural identity and advertising the image, potential and strengths of the locality.
